We have have the ultimate warehouse party space for hire! Our venue offers high ceilings, industrial charm and the perfect canvas for your event.

We can accommodation 80+ guests with space for live music and DJs. We can also provide a sound system for those that just want to do their own thing.

We have a fully staffed and stocked bar offering a variety of spirits, cocktails and beers from local breweries. Welcome/arrival drinks start at £5 per person.

We provide in-house catering with a number of delicious party and casual dining options to ensure your guests are well fed. Prices range from £8.50 to £15 per person with homemade pizza, Greek Gyros, Burritos and hot roast pork sandwiches on offer. Full details of our evening food menu can be found here.

Exclusive hire of our venue for an evening party starts at £600+VAT with a £1500 minimum bar spend. Please note that we have very limited dates left for 2025.
