ONE NIGHT ONLY PARTY HIRE 2022

THE WAREHOUSE

Friday Night Hire of £300 includes:

Warehouse party space 7pm-11.30pm with licensed bar & doorman

5 beer garden wooden tables, 10 benches (seats up to 40)

Access to & use of the Smith St Coffee shop as a ‘quiet room/chill out area’ to seat 15+ and outdoor tables and chairs 

Our existing fairy lights, down lighters, candles around warehouse

Use of our Speaker System for laptops, ipads, ipods, iphones for BYO music (must be downloaded)

Lily (our unique Yellow H Van Bar) and a TEN (Temporary Events Notice) with staff to serve & clear venue (minimum bar spend £1000)

Lily stocks craft beers, lagers, wines, Prosecco, spirits and soft drinks 

THE CANTEEN HALL

Nightly hire of £100 includes:

Canteen party space 7pm-11.30pm

5 beer garden wooden tables, 10 benches

Wall mounted light boxes spelling SHEFFIELD and fairy lights

Optional SPECIALIST BAR as a Cocktail or Gin Bar/Draft Beer Bar £85

Both spaces including all seating as described £400  

ALCOHOL & BAR 

We have a minimum £1000 bar spend so advise you invite a minimum of 80 guests 

You can opt for a welcome drink priced at £5 for each guest Optional SPECIALIST BAR for Cocktails or Gin with Draft Beer  £85

We ask that no under 12s are in the building for a Party Hire* 

FOOD 

We offer Street Food from our sister company Percy & Lily’s from our grey H van inside the Hide 

All menus are £12.50 pp (minimum 80 servings) 

Range of menus and bespoke options can be discussed

BYO Dessert Table (optional) we charge a £100 fee to cover plates, napkins, cleaning fees and packaging up left overs for removal 

ADDITIONAL FURNITURE, LIGHTS & PROPS

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Bring your own DJ /we can recommend DJs from £250 per event

Bring your own PA or book a band (who must come with all required equipment, public liability insurance)
