EVENING WEDDING PARTY

Are you planning to elope or have a small ceremony elsewhere?

We offer the option of an evening only hire at The Hide - perfect for those who want a more party style event to celebrate their nuptials with a larger group of family and friends and don’t need the normal wedding planning for us beforehand. This option is for those who don’t want a sit down meal, have minimal decoration and are happy to set up decorations themselves on the day of their event.

With this option you, family, friends and any suppliers get to access to the venue from 5.00pm to decorate/set up with guest access no earlier than 6.30pm. You then can dance the night away until 11.30pm.

We provide

• Access to all spaces

• Tables, chairs and fairy lights

• A sound system if you chose to use your own dowloaded playlist (provided on Spotify)

• A fully stocked bar and bar staff. Our bar has a £1500 minimum bar spend.

• Informal style eating from a choice of evening party menus charged at an additional cost.

• We offer the option of paying for welcome drinks and also a pre-paid bar.

• On the day access for deliveries, DIY decoration (or use of a events stylist) and music set up from 5.00pm.
