EVENING WEDDING PARTY

Are you planning to elope or have a small ceremony elsewhere?

We offer the option of an evening only hire at The Hide. This option is perfect for those who want a more party style event and can’t have everyone at their wedding but still want to celebrate their nuptials with a larger group of family and friends. This option is for those who don’t want a sit down meal and don’t require lots of decoration and set up for their event.

With this option you and any suppliers get to access to the venue from 5.00pm with guest access no earlier than 6.30pm. You then can dance the night away until 11.30pm.

We provide

• Access to all spaces

• Tables, chairs and fairy lights

• A sound system if you chose to use your own dowloaded playlist (provided on Spotify)

• A fully stocked bar and bar staff. Our bar has a £1500 minimum bar spend.

• Informal style eating from a choice of evening party menus charged at an additional cost.

• We offer the option of paying for welcome drinks and also a pre-paid bar.

• On the day access for deliveries, decoration and music set up from 5.00pm.

Evening only wedding parties are priced at 30% off our normal wedding venue fee hire. Please use our wedding price list for details.

Catering and pre-paid drinks are priced and charged accordingly.
